2009 Mentone Egg Festival

Egg City 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk

Date: Saturday, June 6nd
Time: 8:00 am
Location: Start & Finish at the Grandstand in Downtown Mentone
(In front of the fire station, on State Road 25)
Course: Mostly flat, town streets

Entry Fee:

• Runners: $15.00 Pre-registration before May 31
• $18.00 after May 31
• Entry fee includes a T-shirt

Walkers:

• $4.00 Pre-registration before May 31
• $5.00 after May 31
• (T-shirts may be purchased for an additional $10.00)

Registration: Race Day, 6:30 am - 7:45 am

Awards: Special awards for first overall Male and Female runner
Additional (at least 2) will be given in the following age groups:
10 & under, 11-14, 15-19,20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and over, and wheelchair.

Waiver statement (Must be signed)

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the Mentone Egg Festival & Mentone Chamber of Commerce Inc, Four-way Ambulance Service, Organizers and any other sponsors for all claims of damage actions, and whatsoever in any manner arising and growing out of my participation in the Egg City 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this event and am physically and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
